“Purchased for a gift for my husband to use in Fernie which often has low light days. He said they were great. Best googles for the conditions that he has ever owned….and he has owned an embarrassing number of ski googles. Highly recommend. Might get him the yellow lense as well for particularly flat light days.”
“I was excited to tried out the smith brand since lots of review said good thing about it. I bought this on November 2023 and used it three times in the beginning of the season but i was wrong, the outer and inner lenses isn't sealed properly and snow and condensation can build in between the lenses making impossible to clean. reach out to the warranty depatrment thinking they will send a replacement since their policy said "Smith Optics warrants your sunglasses, goggles, and helmets for the lifetime of the product, and we will repair or replace the product at no charge". Oh boy I was wrong, they just ask you to destroy the defected google and send them prove and THEY GIVE YOU $380CANADIAN VOUCHER(reg price $370 don't even know where this number come from) which, it doesn't even cover the shipping and taxes. Tried to ask them how did they how that $380 came to be but got ghosted since.”
