I feel like the seal could be more universal. The bridge is super pointy and I have a pointy nose.
The clasp is awesome for convenience but it snapped when I was adjusting the strap for size. Customer Service was responsive and I was able to get it replaced.
I wish the clasp was a feature available for youth”

“I am a professional ski patroller, so my gear, and the sustainability of my gear is important. I will say, thank you to Smith for replacing the goggles, however I had to destroy part of the google that was working in order to get the replacement. Specifically, the plastic piece on the strap was broken, and I was made to destroy the interchangable lens. The interchangable lens is one of the reasons I love this goggle - I've ordered different lenses for different days because I'm outside all season in variable conditions. Until this interaction, I was a loyal SMITH brand customer, and now I'm rethinking that decision. Other patrollers on my team have also had issues with lens quality lately and water getting between the two layers of lenses. It seems as this company has grown, they may be using manufacturers that aren't as good as before, and have policies that are universal vs tailored to the specific issue at hand. Things to keep in mind as you make an expensive purchase.”

“Comfortable fit and integration with refuge helmet. Rose gold is great all round lens for most conditions. Low light lens gives good definition on flat light days”
