“We brought our first snoozer for the family car about a month ago and our 7 month Welsh terrier loved it so much I got one for my car too. She loves being able to see out the window and often just goes to sleep. Its also really easy to get her in and out of the car safely, which makes my life much easier.”
“Although this car seat does the job and is ideal for what I wanted it is very cheaply made and definitely very over priced. Double seats like this are few and far between so had little choice. If I saw this in a shop I definitely wouldn't have purchased at the price.”
“My dog hates travelling in the car and always had to sit on someone's lap so he could see out the window. Whilst this wasn't a problem, it made it difficult if I wanted to go alone with him! I saw these lookout seats and thought it would be ideal, luckily I managed to get some money off which made it even better. We took Ted out today for the first time and it was very positive experience. He was very settled and calm which to us is absolutely priceless!”
“Order a bed, looking forward to receiving it. Wrong item sent, emailed the Company and sent photographs as proof. I then get a further email asking if there’s a code on the said item but there wasn’t. Then I get an email saying that they will deliver the correct item and pick up incorrect one the next day, ok so mistakes happen and received a quick response. No asking would it be convenient or am I in all day!!! So managed to rearrange my appointments luckily and stayed in all day. Surprise no one turned up. Try calling them, no one ever picks up just a voice message. I was livid only to get an email saying oops we’ve dropped the ball on this one!
They are supposedly picking up the incorrect Car Seat today. I’m certainly not staying in again they obviously think nobody works and can just sit in all day, so just leaving it in the porch. They couldn’t care less if they make a mistake you get a sort of apology back but it’s with tongue in cheek.”
