“Did quite a bit of research into types of (cave)dog bed and this one seemed one of the better ones. Delivery very quick. Upon opening I was immediately very disappointed about the quality of the grey plaid fabric, just a quite thin cotton, I was expecting something a bit firmer, to withstand dog use. As I was carefully putting the filling in the cover there was a rip sound and as it turned out, the bit of stitching by the end of the zip attaching the zip, fabric and snoozer-tag had become undone for a good 6cm. I'd been very careful doing this, as the zip hole to put the cushion through is quite small, so I know it wasn't due to rough handling of the product. Upon closer inspection I think that the end of the stitching just hadn't been proper finished/secured with a double stitch over, which is why it just gave way and opened up instantly. Sloppy finishing, not what I expect for a pretty costly dog bed. The main reason why I choose this Snoozer one was that because of the price and description on the site I expected lasting quality, not thin fabric and stitching opened up even before use!! I sent 3 emails about this to them and didn't get a single reply, which left me even more disappointed. Won't be buying again, left me disappointed, out of pocket and wondering whether I'll ever get a reply....”

“Looks good quality, however our dog will just not use as she doesn’t like the tight fitting opening.
She’s an elderly small whippet , and the snoozer looked perfect.
We now have a expensive unused dog bed .
