The webs site referred to a 24 Hours response , its now day 10 and counting.
This is my 3rd purchases from the company so I'm somewhat supprised by the poor follow up service. The star rating relates to the follow up service and not the product.”

“Literally the best bed ever.. we have a Hungarian Vizsla and a German Pointer and they both fit comfortably in the XL size cave together..be warned though, it is huge and takes up a fair bit of floor space. That said they absolutely love it. Perfect for winter after a long walk. Quick delivery and well worth the money, your dog will love you forever.”
