“Our boy won’t go into the cave without putting treats inside at the back.
He has long legs so being tall, the hoop pushes on his back and he gets spooked. Also, the amount of stuffing makes it quite wobbly and again unnerves him.
The hoop length needs to be adjustable to allow a larger ‘entry’ that might then get cut back when confidence is built up. Also, the base should have a firm memory foam to keep it flat on the floor and give it weight.
If your dogs are used to this style of bed or short legged then I’m sure they will have no problems.
Can’t fault the quality, but sadly I don’t think this solution is for our whippet.”
“Purchased an XL Anthracite dog cave for friend's dog to enjoy on Christmas day. Used Snoozer sizing guide but it was too large. Requested to exchange for a Large. This ended up in me paying over £20 to return XL before they would refund and send me cide to cover postage cist and include initial 10% I received on initial purchase.
Despite several mails back to Snoozer emphasising my requests to expedite code to ensure I could place replacement item, they simy stopped replying to my mails, calls and their 'contact us' weblink.
Extremely poor customer service for such a simple request. Yet niw on boxing day they are iffering 10 % off items today with a code, or ironically if I leave them a review!
Terrible to deal with. Steer clear and shop elsewhere unless you don't want any communication or follow up!

“Large size fits our 19kg dog very well, lots of space still, she curls up to sleep. Very comfy, our dog really likes her new bed, sometimes sleeping on top of it, sometimes under the cover. Didn’t take her long to work out how to get under the cover. Very nicely made and pad easy to put in take out for washing the cover. A very expensive bed though; Hopefully it will last for a long time.”
“My rescue dogs love they're new luxury cozy cave. As soon as it arrived the Saluki x dived in as really feels cold & we've had very deep snow. My other rescue an older lurcher just plonked herself on top of it!! But now also goes in. Ordered XL & very very pleased with it. Superb quality & delivery very good. Would highly recommend.”

Unfortunately I am having to return it as I purchased a large size on the recommendation of some other reviews but it really is too big for out little terrier. I will be exchanging it for a small size. It’s a shame there is not a medium as this would be ideal.”
