“The quality of the cozy cave is excellent, Wilbur initially was wary of getting fully in as it is quite literally a cave! However, after one night of caution he now gets in to the cave and loves it. He sleeps in it all night with no problem. Would highly recommend”
“The bed is nice and has a lot of padding inside that makes it quite bouncy for the dog. The hood for the cave is supported by a half plastic hoop inside the material. If it's supposed to keep the hood upright it doesn't! It slopes at the back and is not easy for the dog the climb inside, in fact he sits on the hood more than climbs inside. We have packed one of his blankets to the back of the cave to keep the hood more upright. Truthfully it is probably overpriced but we are giving the dog a chance to get used to his new bed.”
“The beds are beautifully made and are very high quality. however the colors shown on the website are madly inaccurate. I ordered Anthracite which appear almost black on any device i looked at but in reality is a very light almost green gray.
Customer service is poor but the beds are beutiful”
“Rubi ( our large Doberman) loves her new bed. After 4 years of her constantly wanting to share our bed, she now has found another bed she likes as much. She snuggles inside as soon as we say it's bedtime. Money well spent.”
“We have a crossbred terrier who loves her beds. She resolutely refuses to use her Snoozer bed and inexplicably seems frightened of it. The cover doesn’t seem to sit away from the bed and no amount of contouring the entrance tube seems to make it do so. Absolutely no amount of bribing or coercing with toys or treats can convince her to get in it. We’ve given it a week’s fair trial with no success and will be negotiating a return and refund.”
