“Bottom line, it works. Gone from snoring, quite loudly to the extent my partner thought I was choking, to silence. Takes a little bit of time to get used to in your mouth but that's not surprising. While it's sturdy it's also soft where it matters. Breathing through nose and mouth is fine. Easy to rinse and clean and handy little case comes with.”
