“While it doesn't eliminate snoring completely, it does reduce the volume if I don't end up on my back and helps me to not p*ss off there missus every night. It takes some getting used to and mine did cause some pain/major discomfort at first.
I still struggle from a dry mouth/lips each night, so keep a pint of water close by.
