“Really well designed. One size fits all, probably because the stiff center part that holds all together, but that’s also what makes it work, unlike the fully moldable mouthpieces. It took me a few nights to get to find the perfect but once I got it it is way more comfortable. TIP start with the lowest setting and add 1 mm each night till your snoring is fully gone. Don’t overdo it and start at 10”
