This was part of an order that was totally messed up from the beginning to end. I am a plumber and have used Soak.com numerous times for bathroom suites and furniture, I normally arrange for the client to order and pay for the goods themselves, but on this occasion the client asked me to source all the materials so I ordered the bathroom suite they wanted from soak. The items are of a good quality and price, no trade prices offered, they are competitive. Firstly, the full suite was out of stock, so the "on-line" advisor assisted me (knowing what I had wanted to order as I gave her the stock number of the out of stock item) by sending me links to all the items individually. This was the first failure as Both the online advisor and me failed to notice that the bath panel code had not been added to the order (all solely my fault according to Gilbert as customer services). They took no responsibility for this mistake, so be aware ! Secondly, when the ordered suite arrived, of the 7 items ordered only 4 were delivered (bath, screen & toilet taps & bath waste kit), No vanity unit or sink. Odd I thought as I knew that they had been paid for. Chased Soak only to be lied to that they had been dispatched and should have arrived with the bath. They did finally arrive about 6 days later with a different dispatch date on the box (after my phone call to them) hence I know that a "Mistruth" had been told as to me when I was imformed that they had gone out for dispatch at the same time as the first delivery. Thirdly, the saga of this bath panel. Short story, it never arrived, loads of broken promises as to delivery and its location, but by this point the item went out of stock and has now been discontinued ! A fact that was only revealed to me after over 2 weeks of chasing them to find out where it was. Customer services were dreadful, strung me along for ages with broken promises as to its location and the proposed delivery date. apparently it arrived back at their depot broken on the day of the last phone call. This bath panel is 520mm high, so an entire bathroom suite had been fitted around this specific height as the suite had arrived in such drips and drabs. Being a tradesman this caused a backlog in my work diary, leaving a very patient (& understanding) customer with a partly finished bathroom awaiting these missing parts, one of which never turned up. I did get a full refund of the discontinued item (£67) & no offer of compensation for the dreadful customer service OR for all the extra work that they caused me in sourcing a bath panel & preparing it to the size of their bath. In the end got a universal panel from an online auction site for less money and trimmed it to fit. As a result, the last 2 bathrooms I have fitted since I told the customers to go elsewhere for the bathroom suites. I did tell customer services this, didn't seem bothered. I would only use again if I knew that all items have been delivered prior to starting the work, so no broken promises or discontinued items to surprise me with. But honestly, I have asked other tradesman I know and this is not the only bad report that Ive heard about the delivery dates and times. The suites are of a really good quality, (taps especially) but the delivery times and being mislead by customer services is just not a good impression to leave any customer with.

Awful, false advertising. Could not rate this company any lower... Trust me they’re not worth the hassle. The bath frame game with no wooden supports attached so my plumber had to take extra time to build a frame. Also, although the pictures advertised leads you in to thinking you’ll have a complete bath, it DOES NOT come with a side panel. You’ll then be charged an extra £70 after spending hours trying to get through to one of their rude customer service team for the rest of the bath you thought you’d already purchased. Terrible.
