“Brilliant price. Initially arrived cracked despite all the protective wrapping but after contacting soak we received another unit within days completely hassle free! :) Sink & toilet are to a lovely standard. Only issue is the unit does mark easily so be careful when moving it around.”

“I am happy with the unit, basin and toilet but the toilet seat supplied was of a cheaper quality and our bathroom fitter said it was not an easy fit for this type of unit so he put our old one back on which was of good quality and fitted perfectly”

“Well made units let down by a poor quality paint finish which reveals a white undercoat with the slightest of touches. No touch up matching paint provided or available. Customer Services were excellent and promptly arranged a replacement for a defective wash basin.”

“The unit arrived damaged, I now know I should have opened the boxes before the plumber arrived to do the work. I immediately phoned soak who said to send photos of damaged unit and they would send out a replacement... next day. Well a week has gone by and nothing from soak. I have phoned and spoken to different people all have been helpful on the phone, but it ends there. It’s difficult to phone soak as you’re put on hold for ages.”

“The toilet and sink are high quality, the vanity units are not so high as the paint scratches easily. I had one panel that had a paint chip but Soak replaced this straight away within days. Previous reviews said Soak had poor customer service but I found the opposite, they replced my panel with no questions or dramas. Overall I am very pleased with the item, the price was good and it looks fantastic in my bathroom.”

“This has not been installed yet. The delivery was made earlier than requested and had been left outside in the rain. When the boxes were opened the units appeared ok except the toilet pan which was broken.”
