“A rather disappointing experience. We ordered an Alicia sink and when it arrived it was just packed in a cardboard box with no protective wrapping . When I opened it , the sink was in about 20 pieces. I called up to complain and they seemed nonchalant about the need to resend another - clearly it’s something that happens often but it seems a bit wasteful time. They couldn’t tell me when the sink would arrive as it was being processed differently - frustrating as I was due to go on holiday and wasn’t sure I’d be home. I found the experience unpleasant/stressful - and quite contrary to the brand image it’s trying to convey. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody else.”

“WHAT A NIGHTMARE!! Purchased a counter top sink with next day delivery finding out after 4 days that the item has been delivered to someone else or lost. After spending 45 min waiting over the phone, managed to speak to an operator which promised an investigation and replacement sent out as soon as possible. After another 2 days not hearing anything from them I called again and spend another 45 minutes waiting to get the line with an operator. This time the operator promised a replacement straight away with next day delivery. After 2 more days I call again, wait the usual 45 minutes to get the line with an operator and finding out that the item was lost again; same story, the operator promises another replacement sent out with next day delivery. This once again didn't happen and I repeated the whole operation again without any hope of seeing my order anytime soon. Eventually I have received the sink after 5 working days from my last call to their support but with the inconvenience of launching a venue without a sink for customers. I strongly recommend to avoid this website as they have no control over the logistics and their processing systems are useless.”

“I ordered this to replace a cracked basin in my bathroom. Unfortunately the basin was delivered in a very sorry state - completely smashed! It was inside a box with thin plastic wrapping around it. No protection at all. Parcel Force just left it by my door whilst I was out. Soak gave an instant refund as they were unable to replace it because it was out of stock for a month. Very disappointed.”
