“I am afraid my first experience with Soak was not a good one and I regret I shall not be using or recommending again. I paid for a named day delivery. It did not arrive, several phone calls (by me) later I discovered the courier had 'run out of time' on the named day but no-one had informed me so I wasted a great deal of time waiting. The following day he called from a town 30mins away saying he couldn't my house. I suggested he put my postcode in the sat nav and of course then he found us. When the courier arrived in a scruffy van (not the image portrayed through the website and catalogue), the back of his van was a mess and my towel rail was wedged behind a huge roll of carpet and, other random parcels, open boxes and bubble wrap strewn around. I don't know how it wasn't damaged in its flimsy packaging. I do not expect this of a £20 delivery charge. When I received the towel rail despite being an electric one the only installation instructions were to connect to the central heating system. No technical advise on amount of water, capacity etc was available from customer services which again was unexpected from a company who supply a lot of towel rails. My plumber thankfully sorted it out but next time I shall go a a reputable plumbing suppliers. The actual rail looks very good but the shopping experience and time wasted was not.”

“Required for a customer with a six meter squared bathroom that had no heating. The radiator is a good size that puts out plenty of heat for the room. The thermostatic Control was complimented with a digital time fused spur that gives complete control over time and temperature. Client loves the radiator.”
