“Fast delivery and packaged well. Instructions were easy to understand and follow. The 24,000 BTU units were a little heavy for 2 people so we had a neighbor spotter. Easily cooled 11,500 cubic feet 5 degrees in about an hour. Extremely pleased with the quiet operation, effectiveness and app controls. Wiring connectors were included for our next solar panel project. Thanks!”
