I've used Lion's mane before as a solo supplement, but wanted to try the Alert capsules because of all the Nootropic ingredients it contains. I think these capsules work really well to help me stay on task and adds that extra bit of focus I sometimes lack throughout the day especially If I can feel myself becoming distracted. The container doesn't provide a ton of product so I am only going to use them on days I have a heavy workload. Other than that I think these products get the job done along with providing the extra bonus of CBD to help keep me calm and my anxiety lower. The only reason for a 4/5 stars is I wish it contained more product.”
