“I have found the Big Brain capsules help me stay focused and on task. I have been on a prescription medication for ADHD in the past, but I got off of it because it ramped up my anxiety. These pills do not increase anxiety at all. In fact, they lower it. At times my brain will try to wander and get squirly , but I am able to gently wrangle my thoughts into focus well without being hyper focused.
