“These are great for right around lunch - take 45 mins to kick in for me. They help me focus and crank out some work when I need help knuckling down. Basically coffee without the jitters. I think they are less strong than the alert capsules, but do the trick when I need a little edge of focus. I would recommend giving them a try if you get easily distracted and want to really make an effort to limit personal distractions. I take one about once a week.”
