“I wasn’t sure what to expect with this product as I’ve never taken anything like it before. I really like them. They have a nice subtle calming effect. I generally am high strung and have a tough time relaxing so this product has been helpful there. I’ve only taken them for 3 days but I definitely want to stock up!!”
