“These tend to work best when I take two capsules! I find taking one doesn't really make me feel sleepy. They smell and taste great thanks to the tab in the bottle! I wish you could get more than 30 in a bottle since it takes me two, but I understand why. Would be cool to see two different sized bottles for sale for those who need more and want less packaging (buying one larger bottle instead of two 30 count).”
