Sleep can definitely be a tricky subject as there are so many factors that play a role in the quality of our sleep. Everyone's endocannabinoid system responds differently, and there’s no standard use that works for everyone. What we have found is that consistency is key! Because efficacy is individualized, a higher amount doesn’t always equate to a better result. We recommend starting low and going slow. Dedicate time to listen to your body and assess how the active compounds of the plant are affecting you, in small and big ways.
