“Gummies tasted great and worked well, however, the first time I ordered, the delivery never arrived. After 10 days, I contacted Soul and was told I needed to wait at least 2 weeks. After a MONTH, they sent another order which arrived within 3 days. A month later, I ordered more......still has not arrived after.more than 2 weeks and the tracking has not been transferred to usps. Both times I have ordered, I have NOT received my order. I am recovering from back surgery and do not have time to wait a month for CBS when I can just drive 10 minutes and get it. I will NOT be ordering from SOUL again because of the horrific errors with delivery orders. The first time it was not delivered, I was told not to blame THEM because the delivery did not arrive.....this is the second time in a row this happened....this is NOT the delivery. I do NOT believe the product was ever shipped either time.”
