“This is my first time trying a CBD product so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had a meniscus injury 6 years ago and while I’m grateful I didn’t have to have surgery, I’ve had to live with pain and discomfort since recovery isn’t 100%. Walking was the one form of exercise that I could do but it hurt so I couldn’t do it as much as I needed. Such a vicious cycle - and the weight gain started and made it worse!
