“I use the 1500mg oil for sleep and when I wake up having trouble falling back to sleep, I use the sleep gummies. They both definitely help, but I am a notoriously bad sleeper, so I wouldn’t say I’m sleeping like a baby. They definitely help relax me!

“I have such trouble with sleep. Getting to sleep...fine. Getting quality sleep...not so fine. I do use a sleep tracker on my watch and while I don't think those trackers are 100% effective, the stats were showing terrible deep sleep number - under 15 minutes most days. I woke up feeling so tired. I tried these Sleepi gummies and it took awhile - probably 3 weeks or so - to start seeing results but they're here! My tracker shows nearly 40 minutes of deep sleep now and I do feel more rested. I'm hoping it continues to improve - but I can't speak to any long-term benefits of use.
