“These gummy’s work. I’ve used melatonin at different levels and combinations, but this one hits all the right notes. It takes about 30 minutes to work. If I get at least 8 full hours, I wake up feeling refreshed. Any less than that and I am a bit groggy. The flavors are fine.”
