“These do seem to help my Ōura scores of deep sleep if I take glycine a few hours before bed and a gummie when I get in bed. They taste great, of course - but the sugars are a concern, as are other sources like desert and the smallest glass of wine with dinner. Getting quality sleep requires many things like daily exercise, stress management and not snacking in the evening. Jury’s out on whether $70-75/month is a worthwhile expense….”
