“The product works for getting me to go wind down and go to sleep. I don’t have nightmares either so maybe the mix of CBD w melatonin is a really great thing. I will say, start slow/small. I did a whole gummy for the first time and nearly fell over within minutes. Scales it back to a half which helped and worked my way up to a whole. For reference, I’m a female, 5’7” and 128lbs. I don’t take every night but just those nights where I’m struggling to fall asleep or need a reset and man it works well :)”
