“I absolutely love the Blueberry Lemonade flavor. I take one about 30mins before I want to go to bed and I quickly fall asleep. I will say that take 2 seems to make my blood sugar rise and then drop mid-sleep, so I avoid taking more than one. Other than that, I would recommend these and I frequently now do.”
