“I read a previous review about these gummies working well for sleep and for getting off ambien. My husband has been on 10mg of Ambien for years (usually just takes 1/2 a pill). I felt like he needed something more natural and not a synthetic sleep aid. I took about two nights (we did the switch over a weekend) and he hasn’t taken an Ambien since!!! We have the Sleepi gummies on auto fill now. I honestly didn’t think these would work. But I have told several people now that if you are struggling with sleep to try these first!!!”
