“I've discovered regular (not with melatonin) gummies for getting a deeper/longer sleep, but they make me foggy the next morning. I thought I'd try these that are specifically for sleep, tho I'm not really a fan of melatonin in general as there is conflicting info on dosage and long term effects. I don't have trouble falling asleep per se, but my body clock tends to wake me up after about 6-7 hours, and I would want more like 7-8 hours. But I'm not really experiencing anything different with these overall. It's the "regular" gummies that knock me out and let me sleep longer.”

“I have problems falling asleep and staying asleep and every time I take this gummy not only can I fall asleep in less than 5 minutes but I only wake up once (instead of 4-5 times) per night. Doesn’t make me drowsy the next day and I actually feel more rested with than without it.
The only downside is the taste. It’s not great but maybe that’s a good thing since I have kids!”
