“ I have been taking consistently for the past few weeks. I’m not sleeping through the night. I go to sleep around 10 and then I’m up at 1:00 and can’t go back to sleep! What do you recommend I do? Take another one. It helps me go to sleep. Please let me know what you think might help.”
