“I purchased these in hopes they’d help me sleep. They actually made it worse. I know these work differently for everyone so I’d say to give them a try, but know you can’t get a refund if it’s opened.”
“The first one kinda gave me a little whooo hoo but after that just nothing to write home about. So I just take them for a little pick me up if I need it but I honestly do not think it is worth the money spent. However, they taste good, and make a nice treat.”
