The issue I do have is USPS as this is the second time that there is a large delay on receiving the product. I know this has nothing to do with Soul but my latest order should have arrived yesterday per all the tracking set-up and notifications and now it can't be found.
I'm wondering if there has been thoughts on making the packaging more discreet. It's a very pretty package that it comes in but your website is clearly on it and someone could see that, look you up and realize potentially what is in it and just take it. I hope that's not the case for this situation but wondering if maybe putting it in a brown standard package or box would be easier (also would save money on custom packing)....just a thought and again not on soul for this issue.
