Sitting in front of my workdesk for the entire day constantly multitasking on 5 or 6 different projects at once keeps my brain buzzing well after I sign off for the day.
Nothing has been more useful in quieting the same noise and allowing my brain (thus body) to just relax and soak in to the evening before bedtime. It's incredibly calming a few hours before bed to reduce the noise and racing thoughts, enjoy some light TV, etc at the end of the night, and fall asleep every time without issues.
I haven't had any issues with this affecting me in ways like headaches or any sort of residual / hangover symptoms the next morning. It really has become my go-to almost nightly, for winding down and letting myself calmly fall asleep.
As someone who's 6' 235lbs and have been a regular cannabis user for a few years, I wouldn't mind a 15mg product, but the Quad has been great and is some times supplemented with a Triple on top.
