“They are just as described, a light buzz that does not contain alcohol. I had to give up all alcohol due to a conflict with medication so this is a nice replacement. The first time I tried a whole one. Wow. Won't do that again! LOL I cut into thirds and that is what I take which is a good amount for me. Asked my doc about them and she read the ingredients and gave me the thumbs up! Said better than alcohol but 'don't abuse them'.”
