I usually cut them in half (5mg) and then cut up a whole one into quarters and supplement my 5mg with a 2.5mg one(for a nightly total of 7.5mg. I did take a whole 10mg one once when I went to a party and I was pretty spaced out, but 7.5mg seems to be the magic amount for relaxing in the evening at home.
