“These work great for me! I take about 1/2-3/4 of a gummy every night and in about 30 minutes I am ready to fall asleep. I do still wake up in the middle of the night due to various issues…sometimes needing to use the bathroom, temp changes or my cat wakes me up lol. But if I do wake up, I usually fall asleep pretty quickly. I do not feel groggy or hungover in the morning as long as I don’t get woke up too early. I am definitely buying more. Thank you!☺️”
