“We've had a subscription now for 3 months. We set it to send us Cucumber Melon Lime drinks every 2 weeks. We love the flavor and the great relaxing feeling it gives. Our most recent delivery, they sent Raspberry Lemonaide flavor in error. We aren't fans of Raspberry flavored things. The shipping slip even showed they were supposed to send Cucumber Melon. We reported it to Soul in email. They apologized and gave us 100 points for future purchases. This was a nice gesture, but felt minimal. Right before recieiving that wrong order, we had ordered more Cucumber Melon drinks to ship to our vacation location in a couple of weeks. The shipping email shows that we will recieve Raspberry Lemonaide flavored drinks. I emailed them three times over three days, asking if they could please make sure we got the right flavor. No one has yet to reply. Again, we're big fans of the product, but are losing faith in their service team. Hopefully it will get better so we don't have to switch to another company for our drinks.”
