“I’ve never had to file a claim or use this, but I love the insurance it provides at such a minimal cost. The USPS seems to get worse by the day and being coupled with DHL for these orders- the shipping times are ridiculous but at least with this a delivery is eventually guaranteed”
“They always include this.... I've never had to use it as insurance, but I have no idea how much difference it really makes in delivery.... that said I don't think I've had a delivery with it go astray, so I can't fault it!”
