Hi Daniel, This seems so unlike us so I investigated. Yes, your parcel took an unusually long 14 days from Queensland to WA, particularly as we shipped it Express with Australia Post the very day after getting your order on the night of 3 August. We did follow up with Australia Post but have failed to get back to you after getting no response from them. For this we are so sorry. I'm glad you've found the coat to be a 'decent' one as you say and hope you get good wear from your cuffed lab coat. Our team is going to be in touch with you to organise a refund on your postage and to see if there is anything else we can do to help. I'm so sorry we've let you down in not keeping you abreast of our efforts to track down your parcel with Australia Post.
