“When I initially received my snooker specs the frames were very bent out of shape. I was quickly sent a returns email. I waited until I was able to try the specs out at the club before returning. Unfortunately the advise given to me by my opticians to use intermediate vision lenses proved incorrect. I sent them back and advised this and Specs4less replaced them for distance lenses without question along with new frames. Received the replacements quickly before the season started, so from a poor start to very happy. Thank you Specs4less for your prompt service. I will definitely recommend to others club members!”
