Lady from your customer services was excellent, very helpful and succeeded in changing the order with a minimum of fuss. I’ve worked myself as a telephone operator for b.t and John Lewis and know exactly how hard the job is especially correcting customers mistakes. Your member of staff is a credit to your company .
