“Glasses are ok quality. But when I ordered them it wasn't made clear that test frames are sent first and you need to take your picture wearing them, for pupil alignment. Then send the test frames back. They don't start making your new glasses until they receive the test frames back. This holds up your new glasses delivery. Not very good”
