“Website clunky, took a long time to get glasses which were nothing special. Prescription queried needlessly which wasted some time. Tracking process just said ‘processing’ which is not very helpful”

“I had some difficulty in choosing the specs from the website as the photos are not that clear. However, I ordered them anyway as a return is guaranteed. The company phoned me to check the prescription I had submitted because of a possible error which was appreciated. The specs arrived in a protective case after about 5 days and are just the job. I will certainly use Specs4Less again.”
