UPS/Brexit problem meant my order got stuck in EU for 3+ weeks, I didn't even have to ask and Chris (SRFACE) had recalled the order and dispatched another right away. That one arrived in days.
Quality of the product is second to none, soft as butter and so easy to get on despite only ever having worn back zips. Just a brilliantly made product. Father (ex. GUL wetsuit dealer) was incredibly impressed.

“This was my first time buying a 5/4 hooded suit. I have always ordered my wetsuits online because they are usually cheaper that way, but with that comes the possibility of ordering the wrong size. I plan on having to return it at least once to get the right size. When I ordered my SRFACE suit I followed the Size Finder and chatted briefly with support. I ordered an 8M. For reference, I'm 5'5 135 lbs with a pretty athletic build. My Xcel suit that was also an 8S was a little too big on me, with lots of room in the belly area and the ankle/wrist seals weren't tight enough. But the SRFACE suit 8M fits me perfect! The hood is a little tight at first almost claustrophobic but it will loosen up a bit. Overall, a really good suit for a super good price. We'll see how it holds up through the winter in Northern California but it seems to be really high quality.”
“Ordering the wetsuit was easy. SRFACE staff supported to order the correct size. The delivery took a little longer than expected, but I didn't need the wetsuit urgently. I've worn the wetsuit a few times now. The materials very flexible, but fits right to the skin. The hoods very warm and even if I don't need it, it's cosy round the neck area.
I'd recommend this wetsuit. Very well made, super cosy for our Scottish conditions”

“The order process was not only easy, but super helpful. The sizing finder allowed me to find my exact measurements. I actually ordered a wetsuit that was a size or two smaller than I would have bought without measuring myself and seeing which measurements coincided correctly. I was a bit sad about not receiving the free wetsuit bag.
Once on, I could not believe how warm I felt in comparison to my old wetsuit, I went from freezing cold within minutes of entering the water, to being almost too warm with the hood on!! Now I look forward to getting into my wetsuit even in temperatures around 0 degrees Celsius.
Not only this, but it's understated and costs less than the more well known. brands. I have seen a lot of people in this wetsuit at my locals - all raving similarly to me, so I'm sure my opinion is not singled out! Best buy of the year.”
