“UPS apparently sent my parcel to the wrong address. I sent an email to SRFACE asking when I would receive my wetsuit... they took immediate action and sorted out everything. The package eventually arrived 2 weeks later but this was due to the parcel deliverer. The wetsuit (4/3) itself has not yet been tested, still in winter suit now, but my girlfriend is very happy with her new winter suit from SRFACE. No doubt it will be great!”
