“Order process and delivery: Perfect. The fit (1st order according to the size finder) conforms to what was expected (size XLS for 1.72m and 90kg+). Perhaps a bit of sleeve length is missing (1 to 2cm), but that's not a problem. No water ingress at the sleeves (session without gloves). The wetsuit (4/3 eco) is flexible (admittedly a bit less than a TB3 hyperfreak BUT this is largely compensated by a cut more suited to my body shape...). After a 1h30 session in water at 14° (dark weather without wind, air temperature ~10/11°c): I find that it lacks a bit of warmth to classify it as 11-19°c as indicated on the site. Also noted some very small amount of water ingress which cooled me down a bit.”
“I went with the Eco suit to make a change away from the regular suits that aren't the greenest and so far I'm really happy with how it feels and performs. I chose the LT, since I'm 6'3 and the MT I've had the past few years was starting to feel a little small. The only thing about the fit that isn't perfect is the neck which is a touch on the big side.
About 15 surfs in and very pleased with the warmth and flexibility - here's hoping durability can be added to that list as time goes on.”
“I went with SRFACE really down to the price. I have always bought high-end suits but the shelf life of other big name branded suits is getting worse regardless of the price tag.
My initial impressions of the suit were that it was very well made albeit a little tighter on sizing than I would normally expect for my size. The suit is super flexible where it needs to be. I have been using this all summer and I love it. Warm and flexible and seems to be wearing well too. I'd definitely recommend it.
I liked it so much I've just ordered the Remix for the upcoming winter season.”
“Ordering process is nice and smooth, delivery pretty quick and the build quality is top notch/ on parr with big brand suits. Fit is good (188x95kg and XL fits great).
I usually have 2x hooded suits, 1/2 5/4 non hooded and 2 4/3 suits as I usually spend 3-4 sessions a week on the water wavesailing/wingfoiling or SUP depending on the conditions. This is my first 'Eco' suit and although I really like the idea, the Eco is compared to my other oil-based 4/3 from an online different brand noticeable less warm.
It doesn't leak etc, but simply less insulation putting it closer to a high quality 3/2 as to a warm proper 4/3 (my 6y old Cskins Wired is still warmer!).
If you know that it's no big deal, and it has its place in my quiver, just a different spot as intended, like more for 3/2 weather. So if you are in doubt between 2 different thickness and need the warmth: pick the thicker one.”
