“I ordered different suits to see what type was best for me. I ordered the 5/4 and 4/3. The 5/4 felt really claustrophobic because it was too hard for me to get out.
I took the 4/3 into the water (around 11°). After an hour it's gets a little colder, but still warm enough. I don't do long sessions, so that's not going to be a problem. Got the shoes, gloves and hood as well. I hope the 4/3 is warm enough for Dutch water in January. Time will tell.
For ladies with hips and shoulders it is a challenge to get in (and out) a front zip. It gets a little better over time. I'm 156cm, waist 74, hips 102. The 8MS fits perfect for me.
