“I’ve been wearing Isurus suits for the past 7 years. The fit on my LT was great for my lanky arms at 6’2” 180lbs. First suit I’ve had in a few years that didn’t have a built in hood so I got the 3.5mm hood for when the wind and early morning sessions are on the extra cold side of the motivation factor. The drape on the hood is longer than the other hoods I’ve had so it minimizes flushing and stays put even with heavy neck articulation and getting extra swirled underwater. The neck gusset is smaller and tighter than previous suits I’ve worn (Isurus, O’Neill, body glove, hotline) but even with the 5mm thickness, there is ample stretch to pull on and peel out with the quality neoprene and stitching/gluing. The booties are also top notch with true sizing and actually more preferred for fit comfort than the Xcel drylock booties I purchased this past season as well. Overall, high quality and great value!”
“For years I bought Mystic because of good fit for tall and slim body types. However, my last winter suit was so bad in quality (lining was coming off all over, neoprene tore at ankles, thin neoprene at neck stretched completely in no time). Then came across SRFACE: Cheaper and you can try the suit and return it at no cost! Bought and tried on with and without hood. The fixed hood was very difficult to pull off. So bought a separate hood with 'water stop'. Now used 1 time in the winter and it was so warm that I now stay in the sea to cool down . So great suit so far. Not sure what it will be like in 2 years. Glad I switched!”
