“I was really happy with my SRFACE winter wetsuit at first. It was warm, comfortable, and fit well, keeping me toasty in cold water. However, on just my fourth wear, the neoprene ripped near my ankle while I was putting it on. This wasn’t along a seam but in the middle of the material, which was disappointing given the wetsuit's price and supposed durability.
I contacted SRFACE customer service, hoping for a refund or replacement, but they rejected my claim, stating it wasn’t a manufacturing defect. For a wetsuit marketed as high quality, I expected better durability and support. Unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on their lack of warranty support.”

Neoprene is durable, but the lining can be vulnerable to sharp objects like nails, fins, or rocks.
